Etching printed in brown, 1879-80, a fine impression with selectively wiped tone creating atmospheric effects in the water of the fifth (final) state, signed on the tab with the butterfly and inscribed imp in pencil, on laid paper, in good condition apart from reversed foxing visible in the sky and verso, remains of backing sheet along edges of sheet verso (including the tab), a very slight surface scuff at left of image, the paper slightly cockled
