Etching, circa 1652, a very good impression of the third state (of seven), before the rounding of the corners and the strengthening of the borderline, printing with delicate tone and inky plate edges, on paper with a Strasbourg Lily watermark, with margins, a short repaired tear in upper centre, otherwise in good condition; and the breakfast (g., holl.50), etching, seventh state (of twelve), before the additional shading below the woman's stool, with margins, extreme tip of upper left margin corner missing

This state of g.47 and 50 described by Godefroy as très rare.
