This selection of plates comprises the lithographed title for volume 2 and 66 (of 120) lithographed plates taken from each of the 3 volumes of this work (Abbey nos. 27-44, 54-83 and 107-124). It therefore represents over half the plates found in a complete set of The Holy Land. The full-page views include Sidon, Baalbec, Convent of St. Catherine, Sinai, Nazareth, Tiberias, Jaffa, Tyre and elsewhere.
