Most of the photographs are general views and buildings in Lucknow, Benares, Cawnpore, Delhi and Agra. The others comprise images of Fakirs, street scenes, trades, modes of transport and everyday life and group studies including and a series of 4 photographs of armed "Tribes on our Frontier".
