Pair of sapphire and diamond leaf clips, Oscar Heyman & Brothers Inc.

One leaf invisibly-set with square-cut sapphires, the other pavé-set with round diamonds, each with baguette diamond stems, the total diamond weight approximately 13.25 carats, mounted in platinum, maker's mark OHB, numbered 75077.  Together with an attachment for wearing the two brooches together.
