The fan-shaped scroll decorated with a curved segment of lapis lazuli bordered by round turquoise cabochons, further accented with 17 round diamonds in curved rows weighing approximately .50 carat, mounted in platinum and white gold, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered 33216, maker's mark, assay mark.
