The diamond-set trefoil brooch supporting chains anchored by a watch of spherical form, set throughout with 1 old-mine diamond weighing approximately .95 carat and 152 old-mine, old European-cut and rose-cut diamonds weighing approximately 7.00 carats, the case also studded with cushion-shaped sapphires, reversing to a matte white dial with black Roman numerals and gilt hands, the bezel inscribed F.
