The case applied with grayish-lavender translucent enamel over a guilloché ground, a diamond-set leaf medallion in the center, the openwork border decorated with foliate sprigs and set with rose-cut diamonds, supporting 3 pear-shaped diamond drops, reversing to a matte white dial with black Arabic numerals and gilt filigree hands, the outer rim calibrated for 60 minutes, supported on a chain of elongated navette-shaped links applied with guilloché enamel and white champlevé enamel in a pattern of Maltese crosses and dots, dial signed Shreve & Co. Switzerland, movement signed Patek Philippe & Co., chain length 24 inches.
