Art Deco diamond and sapphire brooch, French, circa 1920

Designed as an openwork panel decorated with stylized flowers supporting graduating articulated fringes, set with an old European-cut diamond weighing approximately 1.30 carats and numerous smaller old European-cut, single-cut and rose-cut diamonds weighing approximately 10.00 carats, the fringes anchored by calibré-cut sapphires, mounted in platinum, French assay marks and maker's mark.
