Set with an emerald-cut sapphire weighing 7.09 carats, flanked by 2 small square modified brilliant-cut diamonds, the band accented with small round diamonds, altogether weighing approximately .90 carat, mounted in platinum, size 6¼. 

Accompanied by GIA report no. 14478784 stating natural sapphire; no evidence of heat treatment detected.
