Centering a natural button pearl measuring approximately 11.2 by 11.1 by 7.5 mm., framed by 12 old-mine diamonds and flanked by 2 smaller diamonds, altogether weighing approximately 1.25 carats. 

Accompanied by GIA report no. 14602633 stating that the pearl is natural.
