Natural Freshwater Pearl and Diamond Brooch, late 19th Century

The circular motif set in the center with a freshwater natural pearl   measuring approximately 13.0 by 10.8 by 10.1 mm., surrounded by clusters of old-mine diamonds weighing a total of approximately  10.00 carats, mounted in gold and silver. 

Accompanied by GIA report no. 14861922 stating freshwater natural pearl.
