The center designed with a Greek cross of table-cut rubies and a circular-cut diamond, within surrounds of scroll design embellished with green, blue, red and opalescent enamel, decorated to the cardinal points with pearls, rose-cut diamond points and black and white enamel highlights, suspending a single pearl pendant, maker's mark C.G, case from C. Giuliano, 115 Piccadilly, London, case later re-lined.
