18k, full plate verge movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge, gilt metal cuvette bearing the signature Breguet, the skeletonised dial with enamel chapter ring and arabic numerals, two figures in three colour gold appearing to strike the bells in time with the repetition, a putti at their feet, circular case, scalloped band, the case back with engine turning and monogrammed cartouche.
