- 1937, no.850.486, ref.508; an extremely rare and fine two-colour gold rectangular wristwatch with cylindrical hooded lugs
- length 34mm
18k, damascened circular nickel lever movement, 18 jewels, mono-metallic compensation balance, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, silvered dial, applied flat baton and circular numerals, rectangular yellow gold case with flat back, inwardly curving case top with faceted upper and lower edges, unusual white gold cylindrical step and groove lugs, case, dial and movement signed, with matching unsigned buckle, accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.

The accompanying Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirms that this wristwatch was manufactured in two-colour gold in 1937 and sold on June 10th, 1938.
This wristwatch is published in Negretti, G., Nencini, F., I Signori del Tempo, 1986, p.190.
Reference 508 is exceptionally rare and appears to have been made for a very short period of time between 1935 and 1938. Only one other example is known and bears movement number 850.311.
