18k, damascened nickel lever movement (cal.V495), 17 jewels, mono-metallic compensation balance, adjusted to temperature, gilt dial, applied arabic and baton numerals, apertures for day and month (in Italian), outer ring in second tone for date, engine turned subsidiary seconds, circular case with ribbed stepped sides, flattened tear-drop lugs, stepped bezel, case, dial and movement signed, with an 18k Vacheron buckle, accompanied by Vacheron presentation case.
