Circa 1740
the enamelled dial with Roman and Arabic numerals set within a cartouche-shaped case, the movement signed Pierre Le Roy A Paris and with pull repeat, the spring signed and dated Richard, 9 mai 1757, surmounted by a classical figure slaying a dragon, with foliate trails to the sides and raised on scrolled feet cast with shells.
