second half 19th century
from a set of the Four Elements, decorated with hunting scenes and applied with figures of Diana and Pan, the wheatsheaf molded handle surmounted by a figure of a cherub, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, incised numeral 309 and impressed 111. Some minor chips and losses and repair.
