Description

each delicately carved in two parts forming the upper and lower body of a peacock, their crested heads held high and facing one antoher, their facial features and feathers picked out with finely incised lines, each with a pair of feathery wings and elaborate pierced fanned tail, the lower body supported by a pair of clawed feet, the interior hollowed, the stone of an even celadon white tone
