finely carved in the form of a goose and gosling, their feathery wings folded and their webbed feet tucked under their bodies, the feathers and facial features well detailed with incised markings, the body of the larger goose well-hollowed, the stone of a cloudy white tone with a pale green tint with some minor russet inclusions (wood stand)
