naturalistically carved in imitation of a natural lingzhi, the head of the ruyi made up of a large fungus, with several smaller fungi growing from the extended gnarled stalk, the middle of the shaft incised ruyi jixiang chun fugui, and signed 'Wo', the wood of yellowish-brown tone, the end of the shaft attached with a knotted plaited purple cord
