each oviform body decorated by Alboin Birks, signed, one with Venus teaching Cupid to shoot a bow and arrow, the other with Minerva also instructing Cupid in shooting an arrow, the reverse of each with trophies suspended from bows, the shoulders gilt with a border of leaves and berries
