transfer- printed in underglaze- blue with the `Greek' pattern, compising;

three lozenge- shaped dishes,
a `tree-and-well' meat dish, 47.5cm., 18¾in.,

a large meat dish, 31cm., 20in.,
eight serving dishes in sizes,
twelve soup plates,
forty dinner plates

Catalogue Note

The series of designs were taken from a publication in 1804, Outlines from the Figures and Compositions upon the Greek, Roman and Etruscan Vases of the late Sir William Hamilton, with engraved borders. Drawn and engraved by the late Mr.Kirk.
