Condition

Probably originally would have had covers. One vase has four shallow chips to the underside of rim, the largest approx. ¾in. by ¼in. The other vase with approx. ten small chips and nicks around the outside of the rim. This vase also has three shallow chips to the top of the socle where it joins the body. Both with some overall typical wear to gilding.
