In 8s (6 x 3  7/8  in.; 153 x 97 mm). Printed on rectos only; lacks portrait of Lovecraft and initial blank called for by Joshi.  Off-white wrappers, stapled; some soiling, inscription in pencil ("H. P. Lovecraft. Rare!") on front cover.

First edition.  One of 25 copies "printed and given free to whoever paid a year's subscription of $.25 to Stickney's Amateur Correspondent."  Included is an unsigned foreword by Stickney, eight poems and an explanatory note, also by Stickney, to "In a Sequestered Churchyard where Once Poe Walked."
