Catalogue Note

A beautiful collection a kapa speciemns collected by Julius in the 1930's and bound in koa wood.  Rodman was the author of  The Kahuna Sorcerers of Hawaii  (1979) and other important works on the ethnography and mythology of Hawai'i.
