Inscribed by Paul Isenberg

Heinrich Paul Friedrich Carl (known as Paul Sr.) Isenberg (1837-1903) left Hawaii in 1879 to settle in Braunschweig to be near his aunt Julia. In this period, he promoted settlement in Hawaii and was successful in interesting a number of families in emigration to the islands.
