Maty, sending him a manuscript tract (included, 3 pages) — N. Maskeleyne (Astronomer Royal).  ALS, 19 April 1780, 3 pages, to Banks, concerning Baron Maseres' paper in Philosophical Transactions — Edward Waring. ALS, 31 May 1785, 1 page, to Joseph Banks, asking permission to dedicate a book to him.  With engraved portrait of Waring after Thomas Kerrich.
