Catalogue Note
Part of these series are after original works by Michiel Jansz. van Mierevelt (1567-1641) and his studio. The portrait of Prins Frederik Hendrik can be found in the Mauritshuis, Den Haag (inv. no. 100). The portrait of Kurfürst Frederik V von der Pfalz and the portrait of Willem Lodewijk van Nassau are both in the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam (inv. no. SK A 675 and inv. no. SK A 525).
