Condition

Color: slightly lighter overall and ground is a very very pale pistachio, medallion and border are ivory. Generally less yellow overall in reality, with more pronounced mauve inner border. Scattered minor restitching throughout. Upper end with line of rewoven foldwear as visible in illustration. Scattered minor rejoined splits mainly at color changes - not serious. Very small amount of charcoal detailing oxidized to foundation - not serious. Scattered minor reweaves - not serious. Scattered stains and discolorations - recommend cleaning. Sides and ends secured with fabric strip sewn to edges on reverse. Upper end missing outer stylized oak leaf border as visible in illustration.
