Condition
The yellow marble buttons are slightly loose but stable. There is restoration line running the the width of either side of the red marble cloak of each of the busts as visible from catalogue illustration of the closer bust, suggesting previous breakage. Possible restorations to the base of the neck of one. There is a significant loss to the heads of both with a rough surface of marble suggesting previous additional decoration to the head dress, however this is mainly visible when viewed from above. The wooden pedestals have traces of glue to the bases suggesting some restoration. With minor surface abrastions, scratches and chips consistent with use. In otherwise good condition.
