8-inch convex painted dial indistinctly signed Legg, Blechingly (sic), five pillar bell striking and trip-repeating fusee movement with shouldered footed plates and anchor escapement, the chamfer top case with ebonised turned finial, brass framed fielded corner panels, repoussé brass side handles above gothic frets, brass-inlaid canted corners to the front and brass stringing on the base, lacking feet
