4¾-inch silvered dial signed Dent, Maker to the Queen, 61 Strand & 4 Royal Exchange, London, No. 51033, with subsidiary seconds and up/down dials, similarly numbered fusee and chain movement with spotted plates, Earnshaw's detent escapement and Dent's patent staple balance with free sprung helical spring and diamond end stone, in brass bowl case gimbal-fitted to a three tier mahogany box, the interior of the lid with a printed paper recording various awards to the company, the front with an enamel plaque
