Catalogue Note

This wristwatch bears a large aperture with three scales by which biorhythums can be calculated. There is a belief that Biorhythums can be used to predict the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of an individual. These scales allow for the differing cycles of 23, 28 and 33 days for which the physical, emotional and mental curves are said to last.

The Dynotron electronic watch movement was launched in the late 1960s. One of the earliest electronic wristwatch movements, it incorporated, as in a mechanical watch, a balance.
