18k, nickel lever movement, bi-metallic compensation balance, polished hammers repeating on two polished steel gongs, wolf's tooth winding, signed and numbered cuvette with presentation inscription, enamel dial, black roman numerals, gold outer and subsidiary numerals, subsidiary seconds, Louis XVI hands, engine turned case with central enamel floret to back centre, repeating slide in the band, case and movement signed by maker, dial and case signed by retailer, accompanied by Patek Philippe silk lined wooden presentation case with pull repeat enabling repetition of the watch whilst within the box
