8-cm enamel dial with Roman numerals signed  BAILLY Succession de Weibel A Lyon, pierced hands and alarm pointer, movement with platform detent escapement, bi-metallical balance, trip repeating rack Morbier striking on a bell, pull wind alarm on a bell fitted in the base on the plane gilt brass case surmounted shaped carrying handle raised on bracket feet
