20-cm ogee arch gilt cast brass dial with foliate scrolls and shells, engraved silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals, foliate pierced hands and unused alarm pointer, apertures for date and mock pendulum, three train movement, the going train with verge escapement and fusee and chain, silk suspended pendulum with well made up/down, trip repeating rack quarter striking on two bells, alarm removed, ebonized case with lobed moulded top surmounted by a gilt foliate mount, moulded glazed front- and back door, raised on bun feet
