An Austrian Louis XVI parcel gilt sculptural mantel clock, last quarter 18th century

14-cm enamel dial with Arabic numerals and outer date marking, foliate pierced brass hands and blued date pointer, flat bottomed anchor movement lacking silk suspended pendulum, trip repeating rack striking on a bell, carved parcel gilt case  with moulded stepped top and trailing garlands surmounted by Ganimedes, shaped base with birds to the sides supported by two putti on a moulded break front plinth
