- Carlo Giuliano
Of openwork gold, set in the center with a cushion-shaped sapphire flanked by two diamonds within a scrollwork frame decorated with black and white piqué enamel, size 8, signed C.G. With original gilt-embossed leather box signed C. Giuliano.
