The lozenge-shaped openwork plaque decorated in Elizabethan taste with numerous colored stones including square-cut and oval sapphires, emeralds and rubies, further enhanced with seed pearls and a single diamond in the center, within borders of white, blue and black enamel, anchored by a pearl drop, the reverse decorated in a pastel floral pattern of pink, blue and white champlevé enamel, the center with a circular compartment for a souvenier, signed C.G.
