Gold, peridot, diamond, zircon and enamel pendant-brooch, Carlo Giuliano, circa 1890

The openwork floral medallion set in the center with a round peridot encircled by old-mine diamonds, further decorated with concentric rings of yellow and brown zircons and heightened in black and white piqué enamel, a retractable pendant loop at the top, signed C.G.
