of squat bulbous form on a narrow splayed foot, the broad straight neck rising to a domed cover with a modelled bird finial, the flattened s-shaped handle surmounted by a harpy, engraved and inlaid, the shoulder with an arcade band with pendant cartouches filled with calligraphic and foliate forms interspersed with eight-petalled rosettes, calligraphic bands to foot, neck and cover, inlaid radial petals to finial and further petal and rosette decoration to handle
