Other paintings of the period with similar compositional elements and of similar scale include Carpet Snake Dreaming, c.1991-92, Larumba, c.1993-94 and Man’s Love Story (Ngarlu), 1993, illustrated in Johnson, V., Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri, Art Gallery of South Australia, Adelaide, 2003, pp.179-81 and 183 respectively. The larger Man’s Love Story, 1993-94, illustrated at pp.186-87, features a similar background of horizontal lines, tracks and images of bush foods. All four works were exhibited in the artist’s retrospective exhibition of 2003
