- 78cm. high, 118cm. wide, 59cm. deep; 2ft. 6¾in., 3ft. 10½in., 1ft. 11¼in.
the rectangular top with a hinged leather-inset section rising to form a lectern, above a frieze drawer fitted with a sliding inset leather writing surface and metal containers for inkpot and sander, flanked by fluting, the left side with a drawer panelled to simulate two drawers containing a coffre-fort, the right side with two drawers, opposing dummy drawers on fluted turned tapering legs with gilt-bronze headers terminating in toupie feet and wooden castors
