Catalogue Note

Georges II Jacob (1768-1841) went into business with his father Georges Jacob (1739-1814) in 1803 upon the death of his brother François-Honoré (1777-1803) under the name "Jacob Desmalter et Cie" and signed with the stamp: Jacob. D. Rue Meslée.
