the case of cartouche form, surmounted by Cupid, with a white enamel  9½-inch twenty-four piece enamel dial,  with later gilt hands, the associated five pillar movement (one lacking) with later English half-deadbeat escapement, bell striking with outside un-cut countwheel,  above a figure of Time above drapery on square tapering legs on block feet; some damage to Roman numerals; glass cover to dial missing
