finely cast with scrolled foliate and berried branches with two birds resting and the figure of a putto holding a pitcher and pouring wine for three frolicking putti, raised on the scrolled work base. Fitted for electricity.

Catalogue Note

Althought apparently unmarked, the quality of the casting and the chasing is consistent with the work of one of the leading Parisian bronziers of the end of the 19th century.
