mahogany with tulipwood banding, one lock has been removed to reveal the stamp DUVIVIER/PARIS/ 77 Fb. St. Antoine, the gilt-bronze mounts with the F. B. mark from the bronze master models and numbered.

Locks have been seen by Duvivier on early Linke and Krieger furniture, a locksmith in the same street as Linke’s and Zwiener's workshops in the Faubourg St. Antoine.
