outside decorated in Vienna style, finely painted with a scene of three classical maidens in an Arcadian landscape, by O. Zwierzina, signed, beneath an elaborate gilt patterned lustrous blue and green ground border, sceptre mark in underglaze-blue partly overpainted with a red shield mark and Germany, painted title 'In Arcadien'.
