Description

of spreading form, the cover with vine and grape finials over ribbon-tied laurel leaves and acanthus leaf borders, each side respectively with handles in the form of a scantily clad mermaid and a female faun both clutching leaf-cast garlands, on trumpeted foot, signed P. SORMANI. PARIS at base.
